Dec. 6th Last Costume night with Amy Leigh Strickland

Amy will be with us one more time. This Tuesday will be her last costume night for sometime as she going back to school.

We will miss her. As a special thank you to Amy, can you look through your sketchbooks and see if you might have a sketch of Amy you could give her? We so appreciate all the effort she has put into her many costumes over the last year.

Anders is our model this Tues.

Ira Chaffin has a model at his studio for 2 hours every Thurs. night. Artists that draw are welcome to come for the same $7 fee as x's 8.

Times Eight August 30th Still out

Hi gang,

We are still off from our Life Drawing group. Phillip has a couple of weeks of using the back tables to get supplies ready for the different school programs.

Plan to be back on Tuesday September 13th!

No life drawing in August. Having a great time in Tallinn, Estonia. I will see you all in September.

Our model for the 21st and the 28th of June will be Margarie Driver.

July 5th will be Amy Strickland for the first Tuesday of the month in a costume.

The 12th will be male model Anders. The last two weeks we welcome back Jessica.

Charles Black's work from costume night

This great work of Charles' was from our model Amy Strickland. We are fortunate to have her the first Tuesday of each month. We never know how she will show up but it's always inspirational.

This wonderful drawing was done by David Baird. He has been studying with many famous artists and now is back in Birmingham visiting for a time. Sorry about my blur. Hopefully, I will get a clear shot next time.

Kelsey WILL be the model next week.

I have a difficult schedule next week. If I can't make it anyone can plug their ipod into Phillip's stereo in the back. Make sure it is on AUX and then turn the volume up until you hear the music.

We had a new model last week, Meghan, sent from the Michael Swann studio. I hope she will come again.

The weather is rather unpredictable so lets not chance it. We will all get together next week when we will have a female model.
